CROMA-PHARMA´s new syringe wins iF DESIGN AWARD 2017
Croma Syringe was elected by the 58-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world.The new intradermal syringe features a unique design, which is the basis for a high degree of recognition in the field of aesthetic medicine. The design of the backstop and the piston rod was developed and tested together with dermatologists and plastic surgeons to enable optimal and safe handling. Furthermore, the components can now be used in a fully automated production process, which increases safety and quality of the final products significantly. The Polycarbonate material is of medical grade (ISO 10993 and USP Plastics Class 6 conform) and meets the high requirements for medical devices.
The competition was intense: over 5,500 entries were submitted from 59 countries hoping to receive this important seal of quality.The award certificate was handed over to Mr. Jan Molnar, a product designer by training and in charge of this new product at the great Gala in Munich on March 11th 2017. The entire development of this latest innovation was completed by CROMA-PHARMAs in-house graphic department.
